Dana Upton is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, providing private practice services in Solana Beach, California. She did her graduate work at San Diego State University and received her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy. Though she works with families, individuals of all ages, she specializes in bereavement counseling and pre-teens and teenagers. She believes that challenging experiences in life provide us with an opportunity to learn, gain strength, insight, and grow. She believes in the potential good there is in all.

Her devotion to her work is shown through her energy and dedication to each client and her passion to help people find their inner treasures that help guide them to live, thrive, grow, and inspire through the trials and tribulations of life.
